At Amazing Graze Co., we seek to provide each customer with a unique and exquisite grazing experience that is a feast to the eyes and equally satisfying to the taste buds. We take pride in serving carefully curated quality charcuterie meats and gourmet cheeses and strive to use locally harvested goods whenever possible. We believe our grazes are statement pieces that can serve as conversation starters for any event, from a simple date night to a luxurious dinner party.

Hi! I’m Natalie, the face behind Amazing Graze Co.! I’m a Miami native who's known for bringing a little extra pizzazz to everything I do! As a self-proclaimed creative, I’ve always enjoyed projects that involve crafting, styling and even building (I actually built many of the boards we still use today!) and believe that my attention to detail and overall vision set me apart. My love for food, hosting, and creating the perfect ambiance was fostered at a very early age. Growing up in a hispanic household meant that food was not only nourishment, but more importantly, a love language! Food styling and the art of grazing are an organic combination of all the things I love.

In December of 2018, I created my first Graze Platter as a gift for a dear friend's wedding. Needless to say, it was met with rave reviews! For months thereafter, I had a nagging feeling - or more truthfully, a nagging friend - which constantly encouraged me to launch a business and offer the public my “extraordinary creations".

Amazing Graze Co. is born...
It wasn't until August of 2019, after endless prayers in search of direction, countless sleepless nights and many years of being a Stay-at-Home Mom, that I decided to post a graze on social media and see if anyone would be interested. Little did I know what that one seemingly inconsequential social media post would turn into! The Order Requests began and haven't stopped since...
I. Am. So. Grateful! Never in a million years did I think I’d be able to do what I love for a living.

As a first- generation American, I know the importance of hard work and perseverance and strive to create unforgettable experiences and lasting relationships with my customers. I pour all my heart and soul into each and every one of my grazes, workshops and events.

We rise by lifting others...
At Amazing Graze Co., one of our core values is to use our platform to uplift and support other women in business. The brands we align ourselves with and include in our grazes or events are almost always fellow Boss Babes. From jam makers and bakers to photographers and beekeepers.
Additionally, we are part of a network of fellow women Graze Makers across the country, "The Cheese Chicks", which aims to support community and collaboration as well as provide a platform for brands and products well suited for cheese & charcuterie boards.
